We are pleased to support NDIS Providers and Aged Care Providers by providing access to an effective disclosure regime that allows people make disclosures:
- through a separate site
- through a website tailored for their clients
- by providing anonymous disclosures, if preferred
- by keeping disclosures confidential, as required
To use this site, your Provider – NDIS or Aged Care – needs to be registered with us.
We are unable to receive, act on or refer disclosures about a Provider, where the Provider does not have an agreement with us.
